Our chef, who has been a fixture in our hotel for over 35 years, stands for fresh, honest cuisine with a regional character. With a keen sense for seasonal ingredients, local produce and loving attention to detail, he brings pleasure to the plate - handmade and always with high quality standards.
Look forward to an extensive breakfast buffet with freshly baked rolls, croissants, homemade jams and spreads, regional sausage and cheese specialties, fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli and little surprises from the hotel kitchen.
From late morning, our buffet is complemented by a variety of hot dishes - hearty, aromatic and seasonal.
We are happy to welcome you with a glass of fine sparkling wine to start - and if you wish, you can accompany your brunch with a freshly brewed coffee, tea or a glass of juice. All drinks are charged separately according to consumption, so you can choose according to your wishes.
On selected Sundays, live piano music provides a stylish musical program and adds a special touch to your visit.
