After a strenuous discovery tour or countless meetings, you can spend the evening in the hotel. In addition to the numerous possibilities in and around Giessen, our Park restaurant „Classic“ also offers you a variety of international delicacies and regional specialties.
Treat yourself to our gourmet brunch on selected Sundays and public holidays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.! Look forward to a diverse selection of delicacies, accompanied by freshly brewed coffee, tea, and our popular breakfast juice.
To round off the evening, enjoy a freshly tapped beer in our Jever-Deel-Bar, in the summer months, our terrace also invites you to linger. Relax with a cocktail or let our bartender tempt you with our extensive range of whisk(e)y and gin! We have something for everyone!

For a good start to the day, we offer - every day - our large Best Western energy breakfast buffet. Whether wholemeal and probiotics, eggs with bacon or “chocolate for breakfast”, we have something to suit everyone. We are pleased to announce that we have a selection of drinks and some delicious pastries available before our regular breakfast times.

The “Classic” park restaurant awaits guests in a stylish Mediterranean ambience with a varied range of international cuisine and regional specialties. In the restaurant's show kitchen, you can look over the shoulders of the creative chefs and help yourself to the rich dinner buffet according to your own taste.
Enjoy the sun on our terrace in summer and indulge in light, fresh and Mediterranean starters, main courses and desserts.
